In recent years, after the global financial crisis and now the European debt crisis, many enterprises to streamline labor costs, the employee is often more than one person to use, the enterprise constantly in response to changes in the external environment, organizational change, in the process of change, managers without effective communication, organizational members of the centripetal force will inevitably be affected, and thus also affect work performance. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the electronics industry employees for manager transformational leadership and motivate language to communicate for themselves the impact of satisfaction and enthusiasm for work. In this study, document analysis and questionnaire, through data analysis, the following conclusions: (1) Transformational leadership for communication satisfaction has a positive and significant impact. (2) Transformational leadership for work passion has a positive and significant impact. (3) Motivate language for communication satisfaction has a positive and significant impact. (4) Motivate language for work passion has a positive and significant impact. (5) Communication satisfaction for work passion has a positive and significant impact.(6) Communication satisfaction for transformational leadership and work passion has partial mediating effect. (7) Communication satisfaction for motivate language and work passion has fully mediated effect. Research hopes to provide who wished to raise employee’s vitality, dedication, enthusiasm focused organization a better understanding, by strengthening transformational leadership, motivate language and to provide smooth communication channels, and thus enhance the enthusiasm of the staff.
