Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 科技管理碩士班 === 101 === This case study is to investigate a long-term care organization concerning the
issue of aging and low fertility in Taiwan society. The relationship among
leadership style, customer feedback, organizational culture and value creation
are closely observed. How leadership style and customer feedback have brought
the impacts to the birth of the organizational culture is considered. The result has
produced a module which can: (1) lead the long-term care organization to a
bright and kind development, (2)be well applied on newly recruited caretakers
and any long-term care organizations, (3) provide a core life value to the senior
citizens staying at the organizations, (4) offer a method that a long-term care
organization can expand its branch care stations. This module also facilitate a
long-term organization to hold onto its business core value.
