The material of my study is the data from student ratings of instruction of the 2nd semester,2010, and the one of the 2nd semester,2011. To solve these questions is to execute teachers and students questionnaire survey. On the basis of the result from data analysis, the findings of my study as followed: (1)The relativity of student score of a certain subject and student ratings of instruction is quite low. (2)Student ratings of instruction score is relative to 4 dimensions: homework, test, and scores; interaction between students and teachers, studying results; outer environment influence; and subjective factors etc. (3)Students are classified into 3 groups via analyzing student ratings of instruction score with potential categories.
