The students’ intentions of using interactive whiteboards in learning were above average. 2. As for the students’ different genders, there were no significant differences in their intentions of use, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 3. As for the students’ different using computer and Internet in learning, there was significant difference in their perceived usefulness, but there were no significant differences in their intentions of use and perceived ease of use. 4. As for the students’ different frequency of using computer and Internet in learning, there were significant differences in their intentions of use, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, especially in the scores of which they always use computer and Internet in learning were significantly higher than those of which they never use computer and Internet in learning. 5. The intentions of using the interactive whiteboard in learning of the 6th grade elementary school students’ perceptions could be effectively predicted by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using the interactive whiteboard in learning, which accounted for 59%of the total variance.
