Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the leadership behavior of tee ball coach and team cohesion at elementary school. A total of 330 copies were dispatched, 324 of the questionnaires were effective, 98.2% of the returned questionnaires were valid. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlations were used to analyze the collected data, resulted in several conclusions as below: 1. Among the leadership behavior of the tee ball coaches at elementary schools in Tainan City, ‥Training and instruction‥ behavior is comprehended better while ‥autocratic ‥ behavior is comprehended worse; in team cohesion, ‥Team adaption‥ is in higher need while ‥Interpersonal attraction‥ is in lower need. 2. In different genders: male tee ball players in the elementary schools in Tainan City were significantly higher than female tee ball players in the elementary schools in Tainan City in the following aspects: ‥caring behavior‥, ‥interpersonal attraction‥, ‥interpersonal familiarity‥ and ‥tee ball team cohesion in totality‥. 3. In different grades: tee ball players in the elementary schools in Tainan City did not reveal significant difference; in team cohesion, 6th grade players are significantly higher than 5th grade players in the following aspects: team work, team adaption and tee ball team cohesion in totality. 4. In different training days per week: tee ball players in the elementary schools in Tainan City reveal significant difference in democratic behavior, positive feedback, team work and team adaption. Furthermore, those who training over 5 days per week are higher than those who training 3~4 days per week in democratic behavior, positive feedback, team cohesion and team adaption. 5. In different years with coaches: tee ball players in the elementary schools in Tainan City reveal significant difference in democratic behavior, autocratic behavior, social support and overall coach leadership behavior. Those who are with the coach for more than 1 year are significantly higher than those who are with the coach for less than 1 year in democratic behavior, autocratic behavior and overall coach leadership behavior. Those who are with the coach for 1~3 years are higher than those who are with the coach for more than 3 years in autocratic behavior. In team cohesion, there is no significant difference. 6. In different exercise performances: tee ball players in the elementary schools in Tainan City reveal significant difference in autocratic behavior and team adaption. The players in the participated teams are significantly higher than the players in the winning teams in autocratic behavior. For team cohesion, the players in the winning teams are significantly higher than the players in the participated teams in team adaption. 7. With respect to the leadership behavior perceived by the tee ball players in the elementary schools in Tainan City and team cohesion: in all aspects of the leadership behavior perceived by the tee ball players in the elementary schools in Tainan City and team cohesion, in related analysis, reveal positive correlation and mainly are significant.
