However, how to create a high sensitivity multiband antenna with a limitation size is becoming a challenge now. Firstly, in this paper, in order to reach the operating frequency range of 4G/WWAN, the research was choosing the monopole antenna with PIFA structure and microstrip-line feed. Afterwards, this project laid two L-shaped slot on its upon face to make the low frequency bandwidth can cover 690MHz ~ 990MHz within return loss lower than -6dB; its working bandwidth is about 35.7% which to satisfy LTE700/GSM850/GSM900 requirement. In the high frequency part, this design is able to give resonance for four modal points, therefore, the high frequency bandwidth were done from 1.64GHz to 3.26GHz, and it’s perfectly meet GSM1800/GSM1900/UMTS/LTE2300/LTE2500, this design also support Wi-Fi needed. In conclusion, this paper proposed a structure of the antenna setting with 60 × 120 × 7.8 mm3; through increase the current resonance path makes it covers eight bands which is: LTE700 (698 to 806MHz) / GSM850 (824 to 894Hz) / GSM900 (880 to 960MHz) / GSM1800 (1710 to 1880MHz) / GSM1900 1850 to 1990MHz) / UMTS (1920 to 2170MHz) / LTE2300 (2300 to 2400MHz) / LTE2500 (2500 to 2690MHz), and all of them were working prefect.
