The past studies for Information Literacy and Creativity usually focused on the relationship of innovative personal characters, motivation etc. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Employee Information Literacy and Employee Creativity. Besides, the moderating effect of Employee Happiness in the work place to employee’s Information Literacy and employee’s Creativity behaviors was discussed. A survey was conducted using the web-based questionnaires and paper-based questionnaires with 355 employees. The total of 400 web-based questionnaires and 100 paper-based questionnaires issued, and 261 web-based questionnaires and 92 paper-based questionnaires were recovered. The effective recovery rate is 71 percent and the result of the data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis by SPSS19.0. The results of the analysis show that there was positive correlation between the Employee Information Literacy and Employee Creativity. There was positive correlation between the Employee Happiness and Employee Creativity. Employee Happiness has moderating effect to Employee Information Literacy and Employee Creativity.
