Calcium is essential element for all animals. It is important for bone structure, and it serves a variety of intracellular and extracellular roles. For terrestrial vertebrates, food is the main source of Ca2+, while aquatic vertebrates obtain Ca2+from water . Ca2+ absorption occurs in epithelia, including the kidney, intestine, and gill. In this study, the partial mRNA sequence of STC-1 and ECaC was confirmed by gene cloning. The specific primer was designed by the sequence of database. Using PCR , STC-1 and ECaC gene expression was amplified in every stage during embryo development. This result prove STC-1 and ECaC gene express in early stage. The effect of environment in different calcium concentration on calcium content during embryo development and the relation between STC-1 and ECaC will be the purpose. none 曾登裕 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
