That the environmental pollution has been becoming more and more serious has resulted in various illnesses. To stay healthy relies on normal sleep、 a balanced diet and regular exercise. The regular outdoor activities have been interrupted by the elusive climate changes. Bureau of Meteorology can only provide wider range of meteorology, (so to figure out the environmental situation about the place people is about to go with a small environmental detection mechanism), which may record the different weather in different areas with the vehicles movable around any places easily to return the data back to Meteorological Bureau, to improve the accuracy of the weather report, and people can prepare prior to leaving. An environmental detector and Headway Reminder system integrated with the air sensors、UV sensors、temperature 、 humidity sensors、GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications）、GPS（ Global Positioning System）、EEPROM(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory）、Bluetooth、 Ultrasonic Waves 、Reed Switch、LCD、Voice、Solar Panel and Dynamo Electricity Set. The users can judge if the environment detected exceeds the standard set with the value of each sensor above and the value and location of the GPS coordinate into the system, and finally, all the numerical messages will be sent to meteorological center via GSM . This system includes various functions such as Time Speed, total mileages、 sport mileage、 self-defined mileage target, self-defined moving target time, calories calculation, anti-rear-ended reminders, safety warning vest with hybrid power control.
