Summary: | 碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 物理系 === 101 === This thesis is separated into two parts:
The first part is mainly, focused on anisotropic resonant diffraction situation.
We modified the algorithm for solving multiple-wave dynamical X-ray diffraction equations by taking into account of the structure factor of tensor form.
In the last section of this part, we compare our simulated graph with the FDMNES program by DAFS to confirm the accuracy of our theory, then we could succeed in simulating the anisotropic resonant multi-wave dynamical X-ray diffraction.
The software in this part is programmed by MATLAB R2012a.
The second part reports a macro on the SPEC(diffractometer software) system to fulfill a pseudo motor, which could simultaneously remote the Theta,Chi and Phi motors to execute a rotation at an arbitrary azimuth.
For application, we could solve the problem of performing Renninger Scan to a crystal under the non-flatting situation, i.e.,the crystal orientation does not coincide with any rotation axis.
This part of macro is operated on SPEC, and the operating version of SPEC is Release 5.
The appendix is attached with the instructions of the program and macro we've developed.
