However, the learning outcomes of mobile learning may be disappointing without the appropriate learning strategies. For this reason, this study proposes a mobile jigsaw cooperative learning approach with Google Sites to help students use Tablet PCs to observe, record, and discuss the biological and environmental course. A quasi-experiment was conducted to investigate students' learning achievement and learning attitude for the proposed mobile jigsaw cooperative learning approach in mobile learning. There are sixty students of sixth grade participating in this experiment in the elementary school, and they were divided into two groups. The experimental group includes 29 students who are in the mobile jigsaw cooperative learning activity, and the control group includes 31 students who are in the jigsaw cooperative learning activity. The results showed that the learning outcomes of the experimental group are better than the control group. Meanwhile, there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group for the high achievement students' learning effectiveness. Due to the low learning achievement students' learning outcomes of the experimental group are better than the low achieving students of the control group, the proposed mobile jigsaw cooperative learning approach is helpful for the low-achievemtent students. Finally, the learning attitudes of the experimental group are positive affirmation for the proposed learnin approach, particularly in the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness learning attitude, and group performance.
