Therefore, children are fairly important human resources and country’s future pillar as well. Both countries will develop to advanced countries in the future; hence, it must cultivate its children well. No one could confirm its vocation after he/she born in the world, and no one could confirm a beginner teacher’s teaching is good or bad in the beginning. A teacher has to be cultivated through excellent education, professional knowledge, and personality continuously, then, becoming an outstanding teacher. Thus, how does Korea cultivate its educational core—elementary school teachers? In order to answer this question, this research collected books, periodicals, newspapers, papers, decrees, documents released by the government and statistical data etc. relevant literature, to understand the history of Korean elementary school teacher education and teacher education are conducting the process. First discuss history transitions of Korean elementary school teacher's pre-vocational education, currently situations of laws of elementary school teacher's pre-vocational education, and society status and teacher's salary of Korean elementary school teacher. After that, we discuss admissions, educational courses, and even examination progressing mode of employing teacher of pre-vocational educational organization of Korean elementary school teacher, the organizations are as below: 10 Education Universities, Korea National University of Education Department of Elementary Education, Ewha Womans University Department of Elementary Education, and Jeju National University College of Education Department of Elementary Education. The pre-vocational educations of Korean elementary school teacher’s completely investigated procedure results are as below: 1. In the past of Korean teachers’ education, it was influenced by society and economy. It only cares about supply and demand, not teacher's teaching quality. 2. Due to Korean teacher belong to government worker, therefore, the government ensure their society status and steady life. Consequently, it attracts a lot of excellent people want to be teacher. 3. On account of low-birth rate, the supply of Korean teachers is overflowing. 4. Recently, Korean government in order to elevate their teacher's education quality to professionalization, they put a lot of effort and revolution on enrollment of pre-teacher's students, educational courses, and examination progressing mode of employing teachers.
