Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 事業經營碩士學位學程 === 101 === There are many changes in the environment of the economy lead to the change of the demand in the corporate’s human resource. To catch up this change, the corporate must highly respond abilities to follow it and in the future the Taiwan labor market will be separate atypical employees grossly. In order to manage the attitude and behavior of atypical employees, this study will impact the Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Reputation to highly the attitudes and behavior of atypical employee, from the might exploring new tools in management. A company was chosen to become the object of this study, and use purposively sampling, 640 samples sent to participants. And the results get back to analysis with 467 samples collected (Effective response is 73%). The discussion and conclusion will give out after using SPSS and AMOS statistical software to do data analysis. The results of research: Atypical employment employees’ perception of Corporate Social Responsibility is affected by Perceived External Prestige. Atypical employment employees’ perception of Corporate Social Responsibility is not effected between Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction, but they are complete mediation. And then Atypical employment employees’ Perceived External Prestige is affected by Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction. Finally, research conclusions and recommendations may serve as a reference for academia and industry.
