The development process was divided into two stages. The first stage was about the development of science magic package including the instruction manual and materials. During the development, we designed and modified the science magic package by group cooperation, creating a checklist, a check by experts, and students’ implements. We moved on to the second stage after we had finished developing the science magic package. The second stage was about the promotion activities. The researcher collected 89 questionnaires in a science fair, 545 questionnaires from elementary school classrooms, and 22 questionnaires from the workshops of science teachers from junior high schools. In order to realize the teachers’ and the students’ viewpoints about the package, we did descriptive analyses, synthetic observation records, interviews, and data triangulation by questionnaires. The results showed the following agreements of the students and the teachers. First, the package was surprisingly magical and fun. Second, it was easy to observe, produce, and operate. Third, it helped students and teachers realize the related scientific principles. Fourth, all the teachers were willing to adopt the package in their instructions or to show it. The interviewed teachers provided more appropriate suggestions of the package in teaching, including the pre-teaching preparation, the control of instruction time, the instruction location, and instruction strategies. Finally, according to the results, the researcher proposed suggestions of the package in future development and research directions.
