Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 運動管理學系碩士班 === 101 ===   The purpose of this study was to compare the participating motivation, training satisfaction and loyalty of football players in elementary school In Chiayi County with different background variables and their relationships. In this study, football players of elementary school In Chiayi County were selected as subject and the census of population was managed to collect data by sending out 468 questionnaires. Of the 468 questionnaires, 456 were responded and 36 were discarded due to invalid responses. Therefore, 420 valid questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. Based on actual survey data, descriptive statistics (frequency distribution percentage, mean, standard deviation deviation) one-way MANOVA, single-factor multivariate analysis of variance, scheffe’s methods, path analysis and other statistical methods were administrated for data analysis, the results of this research were as follows: 1.The majority of football player in elementary school of Chiayi county is male studying in the 5th grade who practice football three days a week and spend one hour on practice. Father's education level is abount high school graduation.Mother's education level is abount high school graduation.Father's occupational is around the industry kinds.As for the occupational distribution for the mother's might be service industry the most. 2.There were significant differences upon different grades, training days of elementary school football players in the participative motivation, training satisfaction, and loyalty. 3.There were significant differences upon different genders of elementary school football players in the participative motivation, training satisfaction, and loyalty. 4.There were significant differences upon different father education background of elementary school football players in the participative motivation. 5.There were significant differences upon different mother occupation, practice time of elementary school football players in the participative motivation, and loyalty. 6.here is no significant difference in different father occupation, mother education of elementary school football players in the participative motivation, training satisfaction, and loyalty. 7.Participative motivation has a positive impact on training satisfaction; participation motivation have a positive impact of loyalty; training satisfaction positively influence loyalty.
