Banks of Taiwan transferred the principal business from traditional interest-rate spread to the commission of wealth management one after another to reduce operating risk and strong financial position in the market. The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationships among role conflict, role ambiguity, job performance, job satisfaction, job burnout and turnover intention in the light of financial advisors in wealth management department. The results indicated: (1) Role ambiguity has significant negative effect on job performance. (2) Role conflict has significant negative effect on job satisfaction. (3) Role ambiguity has significant negative effect on job satisfaction. (4) Job performance has significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (5) Job performance has significant negative effect on job burnout. (6) Job satisfaction has significant negative effect on job burnout. (7) Job performance has significant negative effect on turnover intention. (8) Job satisfaction has significant negative effect on turnover intention. (9) Job burnout has significant positive effect on turnover intention. As the result, we recommend bankers: (1) Strengthen professional training and talent cultivation. (2) Pay attention to employee stress management. (3) Clarify the company policy guidelines and establish teamwork. (4) Construct the fair reward system.
