The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of various knowledge management capabilities to new product performance as the creativity served as mediator. Therefore, this study constructs a model in terms of the knowledge management capability, creativity, and new product performance. The empirical survey target is the information technology industry in Taiwan. The structure equation modeling(SEM)is applied to test hypotheses. The rival model is utilized to provide statistical analyses and clarify the interactions in terms of knowledge management capability, creativity, and new product performance.
