Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 機械與機電工程學系研究所 === 101 === The main objective of this research is to design a new type of flow field plate for planar micro direct methanol fuel cell stacks with air-breathing. The flow field plate adopted in this study were fabricated on copper metal through MEMS and micro-electroforming manufacturing process. The measurement results with different operating parameters were also extensively discussed to optimize the single cell and 4-cell stack. The experimental results show that single cell achieved a maximum power density of 37.43 mW/cm2 under a optimum working condition (T=60oC, QMeOH=3sccm and C=1M ). And it is also found that optimum 4-cell stack performance can be reached at 37.29 mW/cm2 power density under a working condition (T=60oC, QMeOH=16sccm and C=1M ).
