However, if it lacks of organized management, the company won’t be sustainable. As the title explained itself, the purpose of profit-seeking enterprise is to pursue profits. Different thoughts lead to various resource arrangements, which come out distinct results consequently. The thesis mainly focuses on the difference of management thoughts between foreign company and Taiwanese MSE from Resources-based View. Through the analysis of an American company’s culture, management system, policy, and regulation, meanwhile, compared with two Taiwanese MSE companies’ operation to realize their differences, sort out local enterprise’s challenges and try to provide suggestions. The conclusions of the thesis are listed as below: 1.Company culture is able to be shaped gradually through system design and behavior requirements. 2.Instead of business cost, developing talent employees should be one of the most important investments to the company. 3.The win-win strategy between the company and professional managers is to measure their compensation by profits creating but not resource sharing point of view. 4.Clear and effective management system is one of key success factors to the operation of a multi-company enterprise. 5.Establish a correct view of company’s profitability will help to set up a sustainable foundation for the company.
