However, staffs'' job satisfaction are getting smaller because of variety of unpleasant things during the work. The situation may cause those staffs to reduce their job involvement or responsibility, and then lead to occupational accidents. Thus, dangerous equipment producers'' job satisfaction should be taken seriously. The purpose of this study is to investigate the awareness of the dangerous equipment producers’ job satisfaction whether there are differences or not. Therefore, the dangerous equipment manufacturing industries were sampled and surveyed with their staff''s'' job satisfaction that were identified based on “Maslow''s Hierarchy of Needs”, including “Physiological Needs”, “Safety Needs”, “Social Needs”, “Esteem Needs”, and “Self-actualization Needs”. In addition, a Ridit Analysis was employed to compare the five needs satisfaction of the job satisfaction. The statistical analyses had concluded as followed: 1. The differences in social-demographic data of Dangerous equipment producers had significant differences on their awareness of job satisfaction. 2. “Physiological Needs” was perceived as the most satisfied awareness, followed by “Social Needs”, “Self-actualization Needs”, “Esteem Needs” and “Safety Needs”. Results of this research can be a reference to provide dangerous equipment manufacturing industry in Taiwan to develop human resource management policy.
