It is suitable for segmentation area business. For Steel global market is tough, such as South Asia market &; Middle East Asia market are the price competitive market. If the company is working and doing the price competitive business way that would be easy falling into worst field “The Prisoner''s Dilemma Game Theory”. However, the Australia market is the special market which is more stable price market due to they requested small quantity + many different sizes &; market specification is different compare with South Asia market &; Middle East Asia market. Hope though A company’s enter strategy (PARTS) to study and help to change the Australia market original game. And helpful for the company’s global market enter strategy though the Co-opetition Strategy “ PARTS “( Player, Add Values, Rules, Tactics and Scopes )
