The strategy can be useful in market? Face to uncertain demand is high and high, how does inventory management strategy react to ? These are the contents that this study will investigate it.
This study will be in our optoelectronics industry midstream-TFT-LCD panel manufacturer''s key materials. Implementing on its inventory management strategy, which control critical materials usually have high price, and the validity use restrictions. It also will face retirement cost control issues. Another study by introducing CPFR collaborative mechanism to enhance of the ability of quick responds on market demand changes. Finally, use the Arena system simulation program to monitor and improve the traditional inventory management model. Try to find out the best inventory management strategy. We hope that this will be valuable on company''s relevant issues.
