breakthrough through the development of new technologies, the importance of business
management and management and development of human resource can be intuitively known.
However, compensation, training, and mismatch problem of employment information are not
a simple problem. In particular, R&;D personnel sector and the field of small business which
are low substitutable have shown greater variation. In addition, the existing study is located in
the formal logic and does not provide the employment environment in consideration of the
R&;D personnel uniqueness and the science and technology R&;D personnel characteristics,
and focuses on the methodology for management.
In this paper, in terms of R&;D personnel management, supply and demand, and training,
and in recognition of issues of large variation among companies, transitively for R&;D
personnel management, various characteristics were classified as R&;D achievement, R&;D
personnel system, R&;D environment, evaluation and compensation, and organizational
culture, and factors were investigated.
I suggest the fact as the policy improvement related to R&;D that it is required, through this,
the policy and effort to improve the quality of research with the expansion of the quantity of
investment in the industrial world, and companies proactively support training for
outstanding scientific and technological manpower and should promote the environment of
study immersion. In addition, I expect the study on the practical methods on the basis of this
study.
