Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 政治學研究所 === 101 === Electric safety has been connected with everyone’s daily life in the society. Electric safety, such as conflagration caused by appliance or electric shock, happens every year and is hard to be prevented. Since the public had not been aware of electric safety, the grass-root education of electric safety has been provided to the students in elementary and junior high school; therefore, the students learn the knowledge of electric safety and the percentage of conflagration caused by appliance or electric shock can be reduced. In order to maintain electric safety, while using the metal-covered appliance, it should be connected to the ground through a lead, so that the electric potential of the appliance is the same as the ground; thus, the electric potential won’t rise once leaking electricity is encountered. A residual-current device should also be installed in some damp places to prevent people from electric shock. In terms of people’s illegal electricity installing, there’s no related law can be applied to. Therefore, related regulations should be legislated as soon as possible to decide who should bear the responsibility, so that the similar accidents, including electric shock, can be prevented from happening. For examining the legal system of electric safety in Taiwan, the five major frameworks of administrative law, including the basic principle, the administrative organization, administrative authority, administrative remedy and administrative supervision is combined with reference research method, comparative analysis and induction analysis in this paper to analyze the current situation, so the related suggestion can be provided to enhance the administration of electric safety in Taiwan.
