Nowadays, thousands or uncountable of Christians were influenced by his thoughts. Watchman Nee established local churches according to the Bible and those churches have spread on six continents which include every country, nation, language and culture. The well reason is those local churches has successful developed foundation in the very beginning time of China. However, in the change of policy, local churches started to develop in Taiwan. In several years we can see hundred times of growth ther e, it already became second largest Christian group in Taiwan. Taiwan local churches has regarded as the base to propagate to the global. There are three methods used in this essay which are literature analytic method, interview and participant observation. The content describes and investigates the reason of successful development of the local churches by three factors: the propagation of the truth of Bible and the gospel, complete and organic organization arrangement and educational training for every believer. The conclusion of the study shows that three aspects have affected mutually. Local churches held different kind of meetings in the groups, districts, localities, meeting halls. Those meetings have designed to different ages: children, teenager, college student, young worker, middle age saints, and senior age saints. There are many trainings and special conferences born for this and the purpose is to encourage saints to preach gospel actively, to be taught the truth and result in be perfected. Believers of local churches have increased constantly and gain higher substance due to three factors and same goal. The resource is the power of faith itself and believers carry on the life of Jesus Christ to spread on the earth and propagate the testimonies of Jesus Christ.
