Singapore governemnt decided to establish the Asian dollar market and strived to found regional financial centre with their strategies. The first goal is to develop manufacturing and make it grow. Singapore’s aim is to be the financial centre of Southeast Aisa and is an important basis of social change and financial development. The Singapore’s financial centre is related with the support of government. In order to boost the growth of financial market, government offers benefits on tax and business. Singapore’s government focused on cultivating Asian dollar market and exchange market. Moreover Singapore wants to become “Asia Zurich”. The main research is Singapore’s government decidated to developing the financial diversification. First, how did the Singapore government use both the eastblising polices and founding financial departments to reach the liberalization of the domestic economy and the increase of capital mobility and how did Singapore bulid a perfect investment environment to attract foreign investment to invest and then make Singapore to be truly an Asian Regional International Financial Centre and what kind of roles did the government and enterprises play. Second, Singapore boosts the growth of domestic finance and attracts more foreign investment to invest and founded companies in Singapore.
