In most companies, employees are important assets of the organization, is also considered a competitive advantage. Therefore, an organization promoting green business strategy, employee behavior can be a competitive advantage for the company. This study is to try to validate green organizational strategy and competitive advantage, organizational strategy and employee behavior and organizational behavior and competitive advantage is positively related to organizational behavior also wished to explore whether they would green organizational strategy and competitive advantage generated intermediate results. In this study, EPA published ROC Enterprise Environmental Protection Award 1st to 20th winners and registered by Ministry of Economic Affairs of the company''s research on the population, the former delete duplicate winners, the way to the census questionnaire the latter is used purposive sampling questionnaires. Questionnaire paired samples taken way, sampling the object to environmental protection, energy saving and carbon reduction, community care and other green practitioners, human resources or personnel related department heads, marketing or planning related department. Effective corporate paired samples was 86, a total of 181 questionnaires. In this study, confirmatory factor analysis of the quality of the scale tool and verify the second-order hierarchical regression hypothesis. The results show that: the organizational behavior on green strategies and competitive advantage of generating partial mediating effect This study proposes concrete managerial implications are as follows: 1. Strengthen the green strategy to promote, strengthen staff green knowledge. 2.Encourage employees to use green knowledge and inspire employees to actively participate in behavior. 3.
