Breaking the limit of time and space, the willingness and possibility to share private information and perspectives have been aroused. However, this might also brings the side-effects which are loneliness and alienation. This study examines if facebook, one of the most popular social network website is related to attitudes and behaviors which followers should accept their supervisor’s request of adding friends. Additionally, some characteristics of the followers were added to examine the interference of information literacy、job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by logistic regression, finding that follower’s information literacy, organizational commitment and job satisfaction are significantly related to the relationship between LMX and the attitude of followers. Therefore, we can examine the attitude and behavior of the followers on facebook to infer the level of LMX, and manage the relationships between leader and members according to that.
