碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系所 === 101 === The precondition of organic crop cultivation is finding a non-pollution environment. An organic farm named Ci-lakai-yan in Hualien is the case study object. The square measure of this farm is 10 hectares which the main crop is organic vegetable, and the owner is an aboriginal. Due to understand the production, selling, human resources, technology and development and financial management process, I had many interviews with the owner to exchange ideas in , 2012. After the field trip, using PEST ,SWOT and five forces analysis to analysis in order to make a management strategy of farm. According to research and discussion with industry, official, and academia, we have induced the operation strategies for Ci-lakai-yam. The suggestions of this thesis are as following： 1. We should focus on economic environment and the policies in agriculture of government in overall environmental. 2. Mastering the existing opportunities and benefits of development in SWOT. 3. Five forces analysis should focus on the threat of potential entrants. 4. Government should depend on experts who referred to counseling strategies and with the high-quality organic products of the farm in natural environment to enhance competitiveness in analysis of the industry.
