Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 技職教育研究所 === 101 === This study is based on the theory of planned behavior to construct hypothetical models for the validation of attitude, subjective normand perceived behavioral control used to predicted maritime employment intentions of vocational senior high school students. In addition to this study, it is to understand the causal relationship between the employment behavior and intention. We also examine the differences between on personalities and occupational cognition of marine working intentions. The research methodology is based on survey investigation. The respondents of senior vocational high school students in Taiwan will be collected. The collected data will be analyzed based on research objectives and hypotheses. The results of this study revealed: (1) The tentative and structure model of maritime working intentions demonstrate the goodness fit; (2) From path analysis, attitude, subject norm, and perceived behavior control will positive effect maritime working intention in which the most important factor is working attitude; (3) There are significant differences between occupational cognition,and personalities; and working intention in which the higher occupational cognition and personality students are better on maritime working intention.
