Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系所 === 101 === For providing air to do aerobic decomposing in the manure stacked process, it normally uses turning-over or forced-aeration to achieve this goal. This thesis try to prove using natural ventilation caused by thermal convection can also achieve the same maturity. The first evaluation has been done for this study is to survey maturity by three different ventilation ways, single ventilating tube, dual ventilating tubes and no ventilating tube. The indicator of manure efficiency for this stage are temperature and germination. The result shows single ventilating tube can give the best maturity. Then different aerobic bacteria combination are used for the second evaluation. Three groups of A microorganism, three groups of B microorganism, two groups of A、B mixed and one reference group are survived at the same time. The efficiency indicators for this stage include temperature、germination、pH and earthworm. The experiment result shows the mixed of A and B bacteria in 27.6mL respectively can get the highest efficiency of maturity.
