The disposal of the PU by incineration is the mainstream at present. However, burning the PU produces not only NO2, but also some acute poisons such as HCN. In the study, the PU was burnt along with different reactors without oxygen to produce the carbon adsorbent material. The results of the adsorption capacity of the carbon adsorbent material were found to be distinct under the condition of identical temperature. The adsorption capacity of the carbon adsorbent material produced by the electric heat reactor under 250 ℃ould reach 76 %. Making the carbon adsorbent materials by sealable electric thermal reactors could reduce the air pollutants on large scale. Moreover, the rise of the power of the electric heat reactor was slow but stable, compared to the rate of the gas reactor whose rise was fast but inconsistent during the upper, middle and lower sections, which could easily lead to inconsistent carbonization. Producing the PU carbon adsorbent material by the electric thermal reactor could solve the problems of disposed PU in the waste treating plant for waste household appliances, and allow the reuse of the wastes. In this way, it is highly worth being applied in the industry. Dr. Wu-Jang Huang 黃武章博士 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 49 zh-TW |
