The system includes image processing, mechanism design and ultrasound signal acquisition. Mechanism design utilizes the self-adaptive function provided by 3D graphics software, which shortens the amount of time required for machine table design and modification, and effectively completes the mechanism design of the measurement machine table. The image data and ultrasonic signals captured by the charge-coupled device and ultrasonic probe are processed by image computing, correlation coefficient identification, ultrasonic signal identification, etc., using the self-written human machine interface. Then, the processed image data and signals are sent to PC for positioning and pipe testing using the ultrasound signal acquisition card and USB interface.
