A questionnaire survey was administered by the Taiwan Community Hospital Association at 10 hospitals in Taiwan. 283 copies were sent out, while 270 were valid. Using SPSS for Windows 17.0, the data was analyzed with descriptive statistics and hierarchical multiple regression. The study reaches the following conclusions. For individuals with type II diabetes, the most constrained factor was psychological constraints; changing aspiration was the leading negotiation strategy used; positive relations with others was the most dominant factor of psychological well-being. The demographics variables, different constraints dimensions, and various factors of psychological well-being could significantly predict different negotiation strategies used by the individuals with type II diabetes patients. Social support from patients’ friends are highly recommended. Keywords: Type II Diabetes, Recreational Sports Constraints, Psychological Well-Being, Recreational Sports Negotiation
