Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 資訊管理系所 === 101 === This research aims to investigate the impact of individual, enterprise, assistant team, system and colleague’s encouragement on the employee’s resistance to organizational changes when implementing a new information system in an authoritative style organization. It showed that they were all related significantly from the previous research. However, few studies have been focused on military organizations in the past. Therefore, the object of this study is one of the military organizations of Ministry of National Defense. The hypothesis is that all the aforementioned five factors will affect the employee’s resistance to organizational changes. The questionnaires were administered in this study and were analyzed using the partial least squares method. The result showed the significant impact of individual, system and colleague’s encouragement, but presented no significant impact of the enterprise and assistant team on the employee’s resistance to organizational changes. Hence, it may infer that no signification impact of the enterprise and assistant team on the employee’s resistance to the organizational changes when implementing information system in the organizations or enterprises which are characterized by the closed environment and strict hierarchical notions.
