Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 101 === Formaldehyde is a poisonous substance generally used in both daily life and industry. Formaldehyde gas exists in our environment in various concentrations causing various effects on the health and well-being of human beings. Formaldehyde has an irritating effect upon the skin and mucous tissues. Exposure to formaldehyde can lead to allergic responses, hepatitis, pneumonia and renal damage. This study is involved in PFD03 formaldehyde gas sensor equipment from professional chemistry and physical sensors invented by the U company. This equipment program takes advantage of FTA, FMEA techniques and self-examination planning to lower the product and detect costs in increasing the quality of equipment production. This study applied FTA and FMEA techniques to construct the Risk Priority Number for equipment mode loss effects and transformed it into self-examination. The production staff will be trained in these techniques to increase Overall Equipment Efficiency.
