Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 土木工程系所 === 101 === This study aims to analyze how to improve the reflection and strength the beauty of road rails concrete. To meet the aims, this study undertakes ferric oxide pigment, recycled glasses sand, luminous powder and clear lacquer to produce the concrete and surface treatment. Using the digital camera to take every concrete specimens’ pictures, and the software- ImageJ to analyze the effects of concrete specimens’ color, exposed to different weather conditions, luminous reflective effects and fundamental properties. This research use the ferric oxide pigment that control in 10%, and glasses sand that under 30 % to replace the fine aggregates and make the different colors, glasses and colored glasses concrete specimens. From this study, we can know that the yellow and green ferric oxide pigment have the biggest effect on the concrete slump. Adding the glasses sand can increase the concrete fluidity. This research also found that add the red ferric oxide pigment to concrete can have the highest strength, and the green ferric oxide pigment can have the lowest strength. Adding the ferric oxide pigment and glasses sand to concrete can have stable weather conditions and color on the surface. Using the glasses sand to replace the fine aggregates couldn’t improve the RGB and Value. Adding the red and yellow ferric oxide pigment can improve the Saturation, Value and reflection. On the other hand, green ferric oxide pigment have the worst Saturation, Value and reflection.
