Also, most literary work created by Hakka language turn into the analyzable information of Hakka literature. Thus, the Taiwanese Ballad, a Hakka Zhuan Tze, provides many possibilities of development in the industry of cultural and creative, because of the performance of language characteristics, the cultivation of literary creation and the value of history experiences. The Taiwanese Ballad is a work of literary and history. Hence, this study was explored by document analysis, inductive analysis and narrated theory. Besides analyzing the characteristics of literature, the researcher also returned the history truth based on the textual research, and then brought up the cultural and creative ideas beased on the Taiwanese Ballad. By analyzing the results in this study, Hakka industry and Hakka culture would be developed and revived. This study probed that culture could promote industries from integrating three aspects, including government, business and residents, to reach a consensus, achieving the biggest beneficial result.
