Although Hakka Affairs De-partment Actively popularized Hakka Cultural, the issue about Cultural and creative industries didn’t adopted effective strategy. The study provided strategies on purpose that how Pingtung County promote Hakka cultural and creative industries.
The study aimed Pingtung County Hakka cultural and creative industries, Con-struction and Development Strategy and the system. The method adopted Delphi and Florida (2006) Creative Cities theory. These effective strategies proposed to policy for Pingtung County by experts’ view point.
