Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 生態休閒教育教學碩士學位學程 === 101 === The purposes of this study was to investigate the learning effectiveness and the requirements of leisure study with the elementary school teachers; to compare the difference of effectiveness and needs in different background factors and to analye the relationship between the personal recreation effectiveness and education teaching effectiveness of leisure study. This study adopted questionnaire survey. The subjects of teacher were selected by quota sampling process. It was surveyed with a total of 495 questionnaires and 480 valid questionnaires were received for analysis. The data processing tool was the SPSS statistical software ver.17.0 for Windows, along with the descriptive statistics, single factor multivariate analysis (one-way MANOVA),Scheffe’s method, and finally discovers that: 1. The teachers thought that participation in leisure study have a positive impact on personal recreation and leisure education teaching. 2. Ages, work years, positions of the school all influence the personal recreation effectiveness of leisure study. 3. Ages influence the leisure education teaching effectiveness of leisure study. 4. The elementary school teachers who participated in leisure study needed outdoor recreation study .The practical operation exercises were adopted by most of them . The most appropriate time of leisure study is summer or winter vacations." 5. sex, age, school size influence the content requirements of leisure study. 6. There were significant relationships between the personal recreation effectiveness and education teaching effectiveness of leisure study.
