Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 101 === The purpose of the study was to investigate the satisfaction of parents whose children participated in the Night Angel Lighting Program in Pingtung County. The research adopted the “questionnaire survey” and recruited the students and their parents who joined the Night Angel Lighting Program in the first session of 2013 in Pingtung County. By employing the comprehensive general survey as the main method as well as applying the semi-structured interviews of the counseling team members and the undertakers of schools as the minor method, the researcher demonstrated the current conducting situation and, moreover, analyzed the parents’ satisfaction toward the program under the variables of different background. In this study, the valid questionnaires summed up to be 512 copies. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA analysis, which obtained the following main conclusions: 1.The Night Angel Lighting Program was conducted mostly by school which has less than 12 classes. Moreover, majority schools were located in townships or aboriginal areas. 2.Parents were still the main caregivers of underprivileged children. Moreover, female caregivers are in the majority. 3.Night Angel Lighting Program can really help take care of economically disadvantaged families. 4.Providing meals was a major attractor, which gained nearly 98 percent of satisfaction, and and hoped that the program can go on. 5.The schools which ran over the Night Angel Lighting Program tended to continue conducting this program. Besides, the satisfaction showed no significant differences among schools which conducted the program with different duration. 6.Parents of the children who participated in the Night Angel Lighting Program were looking forward to the possible changes that may bring to their children after joining the program 7.Among different dimensions of satisfaction, "safety and care" was approved the most while "behavioral and emotional changes" was approved the least. Among all the items, “professional serving knowledge of teachers” was the most highly recognized one while “change of children’s behavior” was the least one. 8.The schools were perplexed of the lack of manpower.
