This study also explores the different effects of demographic variables on these four variables. This study analyzes the current situation of these variables, and verifies the research hypotheses. This study uses questionnaire survey method to collect data and selects 238 nursing staff as respondents who work in 3 public hospitals of Taitung. The statistics methods used in this study include factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on learning behavior. 2. Learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on learning effectiveness. 3. Learning strategy has a positive and significant influence on learning behavior. 4. Learning strategy has a positive and significant influence on learning effectiveness. 5. Learning behavior has a positive and significant influence on learning effectiveness. Finally, this study provides suggestions for the adult education administration and higher educational institutions. Future research directions are proposed in the study.
