First, understand the current condition that the will of the elementary school teachers have as they carry administrative tasks. Second, study the differences based on the personal dimension while carrying administrative tasks. Third, because of the teachers’ personal dimension, study the differences that may have impact on the will of the elementary school teachers when they carry the administrative tasks. Fourth, study the correlations between the influential factors which may have impact on the administration’s working and the will of the elementary school teachers while carrying administrative tasks. Fifth, study the prediction about the influential factors which may have impact on the administration’s working and the will of the elementary school teachers while carrying administrative tasks. Sixth, based on the research findings, provide the suggestions to the relative authorities. Not only is the questionnaire the main method in the research but the teachers in the public elementary schools in Pingtung are the main objects in the research. Also, the research adopts the method “Stratified random sampling.” 525 teachers is the number of the formal samples, among which we get 511 pieces back and 478 pieces are the effective samples, and the valid recovery rate was 93.5%. Analyze these data with statistics methods, including T-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Stepwise as well. The conclusions are provided as the following. First, it shows that the teachers in elementary schools in Pingtung have the medium-low attitude towards carrying the administrative tasks; Organizational Identification shows the best result. Second, the teachers who own one of the following conditions will show higher attitude toward the will of carrying the administrative tasks, such as the teachers who are male, own the master degree, have more than 21-year working experience, or play the role as directors in school. Third, the factors as below are more influential in the will of carrying the administrative tasks, such as the teachers whose ages are from 31 to 40 years old, the teachers who have the master degree, the whole classes fewer than 12 classes, or the teachers playing the role as directors in school. Fourth, the research identifies the positive correlation about the influential factors which may have impact on the administration’s working and the will of carrying the administrative tasks. Social factor shows the highest correlation. Fifth, the research identifies the prediction about the influential factors which may have impact on the administration’s working and the will of the elementary school teachers while carrying administrative tasks. Social factor shows the highest prediction. Finally, the research provides some suggestions for the educational authorities, principals in elementary schools or future study.
