Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 101 === This research is based on the recognition of educational influence and current managing strategy of the Declining Birth Rate environment for junior high schools in Kao-Ping Region The research tool of this research is based on the questionnaire of “the recognition of educational influence and current managing strategy of the declining birth rate environment”, it includes three parts: “personal basic information”, “the Declining birth rate to the recognition of educational influence”,” The managing Strategy of junior high school education in declining birth rate environment”. There are total 636 sets questionnaires to the do to do randomly stratified survey. It have got 608 sets back, and processed statistic analysis by SPSS 17.0 statistic software. The results are as below: 1.The most recognition of educational influence of the Declining Birth Rate environment for junior high schools in Kao-Ping Region are “policy and school system ”, and then “parents and public relationship”, “revolution of teacher and student”, “environment and resource allocation”. 2.The highest priority managing strategy of junior high school teacher for recognition of educational influence of the Declining Birth Rate environment are ”environmental plan and safety management”, and then” administrational integration and organizational innovation”, “Teaching innovation and teacher’s profession”, “public relationship and parent’s participation” and “School’s character and marketing management ”. 3.There are obvious differences to recognition of educational influence of the Declining Birth Rate environment are gender, highest degree, occupation, administrational region and school’s character. 4.There are obvious differences to the managing strategy of the Declining Birth Rate environment are gender, age, working year, highest degrees, school’s scale and school’s character. 5.There is relationship between the recognition of educational influence and managing strategy.
