We will analyze the result of the training. Subjects are18 sport major female college students, randomly separate the upper limb trainings into 3 groups and the control group: “Plyometric Training”, “continuous Training”, and “Intermittent Training”. The main experiment instruments are tensometer (1000 Hz)、LabVIEW program system, and plyometric training platform, then analyze the data gathered from the subjects by(two-way AOVAN). Result showed:1. Two different training forms could increase the maximal force (Fmax), but lack of significant. 2. Both trainings could increase speed strength index (SSI)、rate of force development ( RFDV) and time to maximal force, (IRFDV), Tmax on the other hand would decrease. The training effect of continuous training is better than intermittent training. 3. Both training methods have no affect in throwing distance of softball. In the future, Both training methods are able to increase muscle strength performance. The training effect of continuous training is better than intermittent training.
