Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of the basketball free shooting pre-performance routines on high grade elementary school students’ accuracy and heart rate. Therefore, both pre-experiment and formal experiment were applied in the study to follow an experimental research model. The pre-experiment was to confirm their learning weeks. While in the formal experiment, these untrained participates, 40 grade-six students in Ser-Pei primary school located in Pin-Tung County, were divided into two groups according to their pre-test. They were experimental group (average age: 11.6±0.3 years) and control group(average age: 11.6±0.3 years). Participates in experimental group and control group received a five-week basketball free shooting lesson. However, only experimental group participants received the training of basketball free shooting pre-performance routines. This study adopted two kinds of statistics methods to deal with the data. First of all, the independent variables in this study were the two different groups and the two different tests in the different test time (pre-test and post-test). The accuracy was the dependent variables. These variables were analyzed in the Mixed design of two-way ANOVA to testify the differences. Secondly, the independent variables in this study were the two different groups, the two different tests in the different test time (pre-test and post-test) and the fourteen different seconds. The heart rate was the dependent variables. These variables were analyzed in the Mixed design of three-way ANOVA to testify the differences. The findings of this study were presented as the following:(1) There was a significant effect of different groups(experimental group and control group) and different tests(pre-test and post-test) for basketball free shooting accuracy.(2) There was a significant difference of different seconds (from pre-10sec to post-3sec) for heart rate during basketball free shooting executive stage. The conclusion is that pre-performance routines has significant influence on high grade elementary school students’ basketball free shooting accuracy.
