Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different level training of handball simulation matches on accuracy of shooting and reaction time. Seventeen handball players were recruited from Kaohsiung Municipal San-min Home Economics & Commerce Vocational High School. There were 30 minutes first half and 30minutes second half simulation match for this study, and 10 minutes break between the match. Before the simulation match starting, the players must have done the first reaction time test, the first accuracy of shooting is measured in the first two minutes. The second accuracy of shooting will be measured after 28 minutes, and then take the second measure of reaction time; then we measure the second reaction time, and the players will have ten minutes break. Second half simulation match as the first half one, we measure the third accuracy of shooting two minutes ago before starting the game. When the game has proceeded for twenty eight minutes, we will measure the fourth accuracy of shooting .After this measurement, the third reaction time will be measured. We found that the fourth measurement of accuracy of shooing is significant difference compared with previous tests. The measurement of reaction time and that of 20 meters dash are not difference on various stage of simulation game. We concluded that after a bout training of simulation game, players’ accuracy of shooing will be declined because of fatigue. However, the players’ accuracy of shooing will recover when they get enough rest.
