Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 資訊科學系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-directed learning readiness, learning motivation and learning satisfaction for local government officials and analysis of the relevant circumstances of the learning satisfaction, motivation and self-directed learning readiness, and finally make recommendations based on the findings .
The researched objects were sampled from local government officials in ChiaYi country government. The samples were 300 questionnaires, and returned questionnaires were 221 and the rate of effective was 77%. The collected data were analyzed by percentage , mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA , Scheffe’ method , Pearson’s correlation and stepwise multiple regression techniques.
