Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 行銷與流通管理系 === 101 === The license already are a graduate certificate in college and consider to be qualified by Civil Service Examinations in 2013.The license register in Ministry of Education has been over 6400, but the quality of license is uneven and cause student maladjustment. In the past research of license are to discuss about government policy, promotion and verification. It is seldom to discuss about behavioral intentions of student. Our research is using PLS to test 10 hypotheses in behavioral intentions model. 86 surveys were spread and effective questionnaires rate were 90%. Our conclusion discover Service Quality have no significant influence with Customer Satisfaction and Perceived Value. The reason could be using internet cannot to feel the service of receptionist. Besides, System quality、Information Quality and Perceived value have significant influence with Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions. Advice enhance information of the license and web design promotes the rate of utilization.
