The research aims to probe whether newcomer training program effectiveness has impact on newcomer turnover intention through psychological contract fulfillment. Newcomer's individual differences and network capability is expected to interact with training program effectiveness in predicting psychological contract fulfillment. 805 newcomer were surveyed by questionnaires over three points of time, ultimately, obtaining a sample of 75 newcomers .The valid response rate is 9.3%. Results of structural equation modeling indicate that newcomer training program effectiveness has a positive influence on psychological contract fulfillment, which in turn enhances newcomer turnover intention. In addition, high organizational-based self-esteem and network capability of newcomer also moderate the relationship between training program effectiveness and psychological contract fulfillment. Theoretical and managerial implications were also discussed.
